Refund Policy

CANCELLATION
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

RETURNS
1.When you decide to return your items, please contact us via E-mail first, and inform us about your problem.We accept return of products. 
2.Customers have the right to apply for a return within 7 days after the receipt of the product. 
3.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. And make sure to only wear them on clean floors inside (and never outside, if you plan to return them). 
4.We cannot accept any shoes that have been worn, washed or altered in any way. 
5.Any items with stains, marks, smears or tears in the fabric or tag cannot be returned.
6.It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
 
*International Return Policy
1.Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns);
2.If we send you the wrong size by mistake, we will take the shipping fees.
3.International customers shall be responsible for the shipping cost, any duty and tax that occur when requesting return service;
We do NOT offer exchanges for any orders placed internationally;
We are not able to refund any tax or duty charged by customs border office.

Charges - As a small business, we do require the customer to cover the returning postage if the order is shipped free.
ATTN: For any return, please contact with our customer service before you send the package back. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange size for the same item, email us first at contact@kokolu.eco

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

*Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@kokolu.eco
